AI assistant
Section titled “AI assistant”Open the round button at the bottom right of any screen and ask in plain English. The assistant answers from the accounts your role can see, and can draft emails, log notes and update records. It always shows a preview and waits for you to confirm before it changes anything.
Transcript
- This video covers the Cabeau Assistant, the A I helper available on every screen of the Hub.
- The round button at the bottom right opens the assistant. It slides in over the page you are on.
- Ask it to look up a customer, an opportunity, an order or an invoice, or to draft an email.
- If you ask it to create or update a record, it shows you the change and asks you to confirm before saving.
- The suggestion cards start a common question with one click. Or type your own question in the message box.
- Press Enter or the send arrow, and the answer appears in the conversation.
- The menu at the top right opens full screen, starts a new chat, and lists your chat history.
- Pick an earlier chat to read it again. Answers are formatted with headings and lists, and can be copied.
- Press Escape to close the assistant. Your conversations stay in the history.
- That is the assistant. Next, your calendar and agenda.
Prompts that work
Section titled “Prompts that work”| You need | Try this |
|---|---|
| A quick overview | “Summarize this account.” |
| Account details | “What territory and channel is this account in? Who is the primary AM?” |
| Last activity | “When was the last order, last invoice, and last payment for this account?” |
| Overdue invoices | “Show me overdue invoices sorted by how late they are.” |
| Credit check | “What is their credit limit, current open AR, and available headroom?” |
| Payment behaviour | “How does this customer pay? Do they pay on time, early, or late?” |
| Period comparison | “Compare Q1 vs. Q2 for this account.” |
| A report | “Generate a report for this account covering revenue, payments, and aging. Export as PDF.” |
| Forecast check | “Where are we standing with this customer compared to what we forecasted?” |
| An email | “Draft an introduction email to the primary contact at this account.” |
| An update | “Log a note: spoke with the buyer, they are reviewing the proposal.” |
- Be specific, and name the account or contact if the assistant seems unsure who you mean.
- Read the preview before you confirm a change or an email. Emails go only to the account’s contacts and are filed in the chatter.
- If the date range is wrong, say so: “I meant January to June 2026.”
- Split a complex question into two: first ask for the data, then for the action.
- Big questions across many accounts can take around four minutes. Do not refresh the page while it works, or the answer is lost.
